At a meeting with the King of the United Kingdom, Donald Trump commented on a shooting at the White House on Saturday evening. He also mentioned Vladimir Putin and his intentions.

Details
Donald Trump said this on April 27 during a meeting with Charles III and Queen Camilla, according to the New York Post. The meeting was closed. Meanwhile, First Lady Melania Trump welcomed the guests together with him.
The outlet cites lip-reading expert Nicola Hickling. According to her, after the greetings, Trump mentioned the recent shooting while speaking with the British king. In response, Charles joked:
“I’d rather not stand about here too long. “I feel I shouldn’t be here.”
After that, Trump asked if Charles was alright. Then he added that the situation was not good.
“I wasn’t prepared, but now I am prepared,” Trump said. Then he moved to the topic of Vladimir Putin.
“So right now, I am talking to Putin. He wants war,” Trump told Charles.
However, according to Hickling, the British monarch tried to change the subject. He suggested discussing it later. Still, the US president continued the conversation.
“I’ve got a feeling … if he did what he said, he will wipe out the population,” Trump said. Once again, Charles replied that they should talk about it another time.
Construction at the White House
After that, Trump and Charles discussed another topic. They talked about the US president’s project – a ballroom at the White House, which costs $400 million.
“You can see right through there,” Trump said. “Right the way through to the ballroom. Would you like to see?” Trump asked.
In turn, the British king said he was sure Trump would show it. Trump agreed. As a result, they invited the royal family to the White House.
Earlier, The Ukrainian Review reported that Vladimir Putin has not appeared in public for more than ten days. After attending a festive service in Moscow, the Kremlin has not provided any new video evidence of his activity.
