Zelenskyy met with Indian Prime Minister Modi in the United States

In New York, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Suspilne reports.

This was informed by the press service of the head of state.

It is noted that Zelenskyy and Modi discussed the implementation of cooperation in the areas agreed upon during the Indian Prime Minister’s visit to Kyiv a month ago. At that time, they discussed the intensification of trade, economic and defense cooperation, India’s involvement in post-war reconstruction, as well as cooperation in education, science and culture.

Special attention during the meeting was paid to strengthening cooperation on international platforms, in particular within the UN and the G20, as well as to the implementation of the Peace Formula and preparations for the second Peace Summit.

Zelenskyy also thanked India for supporting Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

It is worth adding that the Future Summit began at the UN headquarters in New York on September 23, and President Volodymyr Zelenskyy addressed it.

On Sunday, September 22, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in New York (USA) to participate in the events of the UN General Assembly High-Level Week.

In addition, on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with a bipartisan delegation of the United States Congress. The meeting focused on the Victory Plan.
