Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha and U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken “coordinated their positions on the eve of significant international events” in a telephone conversation.
This was reported by Radio Svoboda.
I had a conversation with Secretary of State Anthony Blinken to reaffirm the Ukrainian-American strategic partnership and coordinate positions on the eve of major international events, – Sybiha wrote.
He noted that he “informed the US Secretary of State about the Russian strikes on the Ukrainian energy system, as well as about Ukraine’s key military and energy needs”.
The minister added that he was grateful to the United States “for its leadership and support”.
Also recently, Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said that Ukraine is ready to discuss controversial issues of common history with its Polish counterparts. Among other things, Poland wants to raise the issue of exhuming Polish victims of the Volyn tragedy.
