President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has sent a Ukrainian delegation to Washington to discuss a “Victory plan” in the war with Russia, Suspilne reports.

The head of state announced this during his evening address on October 6.

According to him, next week, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) Oleksandr Syrskyi, along with other military officers and representatives of the Ministry of Defense, will work with Ukrainian partners on the details of the “Victory plan”. They plan to discuss military, strategic, and security points.

Also, on behalf of the president, Chief of the General Staff of Ukraine Anatoliy Barhylevych and Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration and Minister of Justice Olha Stefanishyna traveled to the United States.

It is worth noting that earlier, the head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Yermak, said that Ukrainians would be presented with a “Victory plan” initiated by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, but not in full, as a number of details of this document are currently “closed”.

What is known about Ukraine’s victory plan

Back in late August, the President of Ukraine spoke about a plan for Ukraine’s victory in the war with Russia. And on September 20, Zelenskyy clarified that this plan is designed to make quick decisions by partners from October to December 2024. During his visit to the United States, he presented the plan to both presidential candidates Donald Trump and Kamala Harris, as well as to the US Congress and current US President Joe Biden.
