Context
Ukraine has recently intensified strikes on Russia’s military and energy infrastructure. Earlier reports mentioned renewed hits on the Tuapse oil refinery and attacks on oil depots in occupied Crimea.
These strikes have disrupted Russia’s oil sector, complicating export operations. Russia has also halted oil deliveries from Kazakhstan to Germany.
Earlier, The Ukrainian Review reported that Russian authorities in Leningrad region have begun urgent mobilization of reservists to protect strategic facilities from drone attacks.
