The English-language analytical media The Ukrainian Review held a series of presentations of its 4th issue in early June. This time, we were present in Germany and Switzerland.
“The June issue of the magazine is dedicated to Ukraine’s international relations with strategic partners. In particular, the topics covered include military and financial assistance, relations with Poland, countering disinformation from Russia, and the rehabilitation of our military at home. This edition features such speakers as Oleksiy Goncharenko, President of the PACE Committee on Migration, Refugees and Displaced Persons,, John Bolton, former National Security Advisor to the President of the United States, Yuliia Svyrydenko, First Deputy Prime Minister, Ihor Solovey, Head of the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security, Maria Mezentseva, member of the Ukrainian delegation to PACE, and others.
You can also find links to our interviews about Ukrainian children abducted by Russia and foreign volunteers fighting on the side of Ukraine,” – said Tetiana Stelmakh, editor-in-chief of The Ukrainian Review.

On June 10, the U-Nation Conference was held in Berlin, where the magazine was presented by Rostyslav Karandieiev, Minister of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine.
Then, we took part in the Ukraine Recovery Conference, which took place on June 11-12 in Berlin. There, we were introduced by Artem Kasparian, the project manager of the publication:
“We are actively using various information platforms to disseminate pro-Ukrainian content, for example, we will participate in the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC2024) on June 11-12, 2024 in Berlin. The day before, we are co-organizing a side event called U-Nation Conference: Innovations to Rebuild Ukraine. The purpose of the conference is to find ways to restore Ukraine’s economic recovery. Other topics to be discussed include the rehabilitation of war veterans and their adaptation to civilian life. This event directly affects Ukraine. We are planning to build a rehabilitation hub in the south of Ukraine in one of Odesa’s sanatoriums, Zelena Hirka,” – says Artem Kasparian.

The next presentation took place on June 15-16 in Lucerne, Switzerland, at the Global Peace Summit. During these two days, The Ukrainian Review was engaged in an information campaign aimed at spreading information about Ukraine among Western readers.
“Discussion of the three key points of President Zelenskyy’s Peace Formula is an important step towards finding a way out of the state of war on Ukraine’s terms. The issues of nuclear safety and food security directly affect the countries of Asia and Africa, so the world must hear their voices. The more countries put pressure on Russia, realising the futility of Russian nuclear blackmail, the more likely it is that the war will end sooner and on terms acceptable to the Ukrainian side. The third item on the Summit’s agenda is the exchange of prisoners. This once again emphasises the fact that Ukraine is fighting for every citizen, military and civilian,” – said Volodymyr Savchenko, CEO of The Ukrainian Review.
The media volunteers presented the magazine to:
- U.S. Special Representative for Ukraine’s Economic Recovery Penny Pritzker;
- First Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy of Ukraine Yuliia Svyrydenko;
- Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte.
