Russia’s Ministry of Defense claimed it had identified a network of companies in Europe allegedly involved in producing drones for Ukraine and released a corresponding list. Russian officials also hinted at possible strikes on these sites.

The Russian Defense Ministry announced this, and Dmitry Medvedev commented on the statements.
Which sites were included on the list
The ministry said the list covers enterprises across several European countries that it claims are involved in producing strike drones for Ukraine.
According to the statement, the list includes:
- branches of 11 Ukrainian companies in the United Kingdom, Denmark, Latvia, Germany, the Netherlands, Lithuania, Poland, and the Czech Republic;
- 10 additional foreign companies that allegedly supply components, including firms in the Czech Republic, Israel, Türkiye, Italy, Spain, and Germany.
The ministry said it published the list to “inform the European public” about these entities.
Statements about “potential targets”
Dmitry Medvedev effectively described the published list as a set of potential targets for attacks:
“When strikes become reality depends on what happens next. Sleep well, European partners!”
His remarks signaled the possibility of strikes beyond Ukraine’s territory.
Reaction to Ukraine–Europe cooperation
The Russian statement followed talks between President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz in Berlin.
The sides agreed on a €4 billion defense package, which includes funding for missiles for Patriot air defense systems.
Moscow reiterated its claim that arms supplies to Ukraine “prolong the conflict.”
Context
Ukraine continues to expand cooperation with European partners in drone production and defense technologies. Recently, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre signed a joint declaration to deepen defense and security partnership.
Earlier, The Ukrainian Review reported that after a Ramstein Contact Group meeting, Ukraine’s partners approved more than $5 billion in defense assistance.
