On October 9, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenković discussed the content of the next military aid package that is already being prepared, Suspilne reports.
Zelenskyy said this at a press conference following the third Ukraine-Southeast Europe summit.
He added that Croatia has already provided Ukraine with 11 “security packages,” and the next one is already being prepared.
The weapons that will be in the next package add protection not only to our country, but also to stability in the region, – Zelenskyy emphasized.
He also stated that during the meeting with Plenkovic, considerable attention was paid to the development of the defense industry complex of joint defense production, including localization.
In addition, the President of Ukraine noted that he had invited Croatia to invest in the production of drones. Work is already underway at the intergovernmental level to strengthen Ukraine’s defense.
