Volodymyr Savchenko

CEO

Volodymyr Savchenko is a Ukrainian civic activist and media strategist. He is the CEO and co-founder of The Ukrainian Review, an international analytical media outlet focused on European integration, reforms, governance, and Ukraine’s resilience. He is also the co-founder of Urban Buro, an initiative dedicated to improving urban planning, promoting transparency, and countering illegal construction. From 2015 to 2021, Volodymyr worked in committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (Parliament of Ukraine), contributing to policy analysis, reform development, and legislative support.
