Conclusion
According to Bloomberg, Russia rejected the updated version of the peace plan. During the night, it continued attacking Ukraine’s energy sector and carried out chaotic terror strikes on residental buildings. It also again tested NATO’s borders and those of EU candidate Moldova. This attack shows once more that Russia has no respect for diplomatic efforts or cooperation with other countries, including the United States.
