President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the meaning of theVictory Plan is to create conditions in which Russia will not be able to continue the war, Hromadske reports.
Zelenskyy said this during a press conference with Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni.
According to the head of state, the current priority is to strengthen Ukraine’s position and create the necessary conditions for honest diplomacy.
In addition, the President of Ukraine emphasized during the press conference that Russia ignores real diplomacy and the Ukrainian “peace formula”. Therefore, Zelenskyy added, if the Ukrainian victory plan is implemented, Russia will no longer be able to continue the war.
This is the meaning of the victory plan. And we want to protect Ukrainian independence, Ukrainian families, our people, the right of our children to live freely in their own country, – the president concluded.
It is worth noting that the President of Ukraine arrived in Italy on the evening of October 10. There he met with the Italian Prime Minister and plans to meet with Pope Francis.
