Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni said that the Conference on the Restoration of Ukraine will be held in Rome on July 10-11, 2025, Suspilne reports.
According to Rai News, she said this at a press conference following a meeting with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
Looking to the future of peace and prosperity also means looking to recovery, and I am pleased to announce that the Ukraine Recovery Conference will be held in Rome on July 10 and 11, 2025. This is an event that is very important to us and one that we have been working on for some time, – Maloney said.
She added that Ukraine is not alone, and the partners will be there for as long as it takes.
In June, Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani said that Italy was ready to host and organize the Ukraine Recovery Conference in 2025.
The 2025 conference will be attended by government officials from 77 countries and about 1,800 participants. 500 companies have been invited, including 150 from Germany, 150 from Ukraine, and 200 from other participating countries.
This will be the fourth conference on Ukraine’s recovery. The first was held in 2022 in Switzerland, the second in 2023 in the UK, and the third in 2024 in Germany.
